TDI
was formed in 1994 by some of divings most experienced instructors
to bring technical applications of the sport to a wider audience.
TDIs library of training materials and texts have become known as
the industry's best and most professional resources. Most importantly,
TDI has the best safety record of all training agencies. Whether
your interests lie in nitrox, rebreathers, mixed gas or any of the
many other programs that TDI offer, you can be assured that you
will be participating in training that offers you the "cutting edge"
of diving technology. TDI have offices worldwide and over 10,000
instructors teaching their programs. They have become the largest
international specialized dive agency. With diving constantly changing,
their staff are always looking ahead and are striving to continue
their record as the innovators of the technical diving industry.
Under the expert tuition of our Technical Instructor Trainer Dave
Taylor, Deep Tech offers technical diver training from Basic Nitrox,
Decompression procedures and Extended Range up to Basic and Advanced
Trimix.

hazards and proper procedures for using nitrox mixes from 22% to
40% oxygen content. The absolute beauty with this course is that
you don't have to get wet! One for the blown-out weekend sir? Enjoy
Dave Taylor's easy-to-understand, entry level Nitrox course and
walk away wondering why you didn't do it before!
Pre-requisites: Have a minimum certification of Open Water

with in-depth coverage of CNS & whole body oxygen toxicity and tracking,
common mixing methods, best mix computations, decompression gas,
accelerated decompression, dive planning, gas consumption calculations
and equipment considerations, all culminating in certification to
use 22% - 100% (oxygen) as a breathing gas.
Pre-requisites: Nitrox diver or equivalent, 25 logged dives,

with such TDI courses as Advanced Nitrox Course, Advanced Wreck
Course, or Extended Range Course. The objective of this course is
to train divers how to plan and conduct a standard staged decompression
dive not exceeding a maximum depth of 45 msw (unless taught in conjunction
with the Extended Range Course) The most common equipment requirements,
gear set-up, and decompression techniques are presented, using nitrox
or oxygen mixes within the divers existing qualification.
Pre-requisites: Advanced open water diver or equivalent,

This
course provides training and experience to competently conduct advanced
wreck dives. This program includes penetration skills and techniques
focusing on the safe use of reels and lines as well as contingency
planning for harsh conditions (rough sea states and poor visibility).
Depths shall not exceed the level in which the diver is trained,
but in no case shall the maximum depth in this program exceed 55m.
The course will include four penetration/overhead dives and an accumulated
bottom time of 100 minutes.
Prerequisites: Advanced sport diver with at least 50 logged dives. Be certified as basic wreck or cavern or equivalent. Minimum of 18 years of age. Price - £300 for the 2 day course
